I really loved the cozy atmosphere at the hotel. The decoration gave me a warm and homely feeling, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The pathways were smooth and easy to navigate, allowing me to move around without any difficulty.
I would have preferred if the children working there had provided more assistance and guidance specifically tailored to senior guests.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Sophia for our week-long vacation. The villa was well-equipped with a welcome pack on arrival, including water, wine, Pringles, and chocolate. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the outside facilities, including the warm pool and outside eating options, were excellent. The comfy beds and lounge furniture made for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated the games and books provided for entertainment. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away, and a half-hourly bus service into Playa Blanca for exploring the rest of Lanzarote.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The villa at Casa Sophia was a total game-changer for me! It's peaceful, cozy, and feels like a real home away from home. The TV and DVD player were a great touch for lazy movie nights. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a dishwasher and microwave to make my life easier. Having two bathrooms was a luxury! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the whole place felt incredibly welcoming.
Personally, I found the stovetop a bit tricky to use. It might take some extra effort to navigate, but I'm sure others would still enjoy it.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of Casa Sophia. It made me feel right at home, and it was evident that a lot of thought had been put into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay as a senior woman. Additionally, the hotel was very accessible for senior people like me, with amenities and facilities designed to cater to our needs.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have clearer signage throughout the hotel. Sometimes, it was a bit challenging to find my way around, especially when trying to locate the facilities.

The villa was well equipped with a heated pool, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. the location was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. It was just a short walk to the shops and bars, and there was a convenient bus service for exploring the area. We also enjoyed walking along the coastal path and discovering some great local bars.
That the double bed mattress was not very comfortable, causing some discomfort during the night. the exterior of the property appeared worn out and could use some maintenance.

The villa at Casa Sophia was absolutely charming! The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. We loved the flat-screen TV in the living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The two bathrooms with showers were a convenient bonus. Plus, having a stovetop and tea/coffee maker made it feel like a home away from home. And let's not forget the DVD player, great for cozy movie nights!
While the villa had a DVD player, we personally didn't make much use of it.

Had my own private pool, felt like a queen. Even got free parking, like I'm some kind of VIP. And they generously provided towels for my use, fancy!
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of trying to fold those huge towels every time. What a thrill!
